What can be studied
Students have the opportunity to learn information about Ukraine's role in the global context and even implement their own research project.
For example, you will be able to:
conduct a social survey of internally displaced persons;
to document war crimes;
communicate with organizations involved in post-war reconstruction, etc.
What conditions
Application deadline: February 7, 2024. You need to fill out an online application and send a package of documents to iufu@ceu.edu. Learn more about the terms of participation at the link. You will find out about the results of the competitive selection on February 19.
The Central European University can provide 800 euros for research. The duration of the project is from February 22 to May 24.
The best students will be able to go to the summer school, which will be held in Lviv and Budapest.
The program is managed by the Central European University together with the Imre Kertesz Collegium in Jena, the Ivan Franko National University and the Ukrainian Catholic University.
Who can participate?
Applicants can apply for bachelor's, master's, and postgraduate students who:
know English well;
live in Ukraine or abroad;
studied at a university in the 2021-2022 academic year, or graduated from school or entered a university in 2022-2023.
