Psychological support line for men: how to contact

The Men's Psychological Support Line was created by UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine, in cooperation with the NGO "Innovative Social Solutions". Its founders seek to combat stereotypes that "men don't cry" and help in the field of mental health.

You can call the support line at the short number 2345. This is reported by the online resource "Sho tam?".

Experts saw the need for such a line even before the full-scale invasion. The war further increased the psychological pressure on men.

You can contact the support line with any topic:

  • self-identification;

  • job loss;

  • military service;

  • addiction;

  • family relationships;

  • etc.

Any appeal to the Psychological Support Line is free, anonymous and confidential. You do not even have to give your name.
