Many IDPs come to Germany in search of safe shelter, it is important to know where to go to find housing, food and other necessary information.


At Berlin.de you can find answers to the most popular questions.

The Central Service is open from Monday to Sunday from 7 am to 6 pm by calling +49 30 90 127 127.

Currently, information is available in German, English, Ukrainian and Russian.
