EU advises displaced enterprises and IDPs: hotline phone number

The European Union and the United Nations Development Program are launching a hotline for relocated Ukrainian enterprises.


This was reported by the EU Neighbors East resource. The line will be launched jointly with the Luhansk Regional Development Agency.

Who can receive the service


The hotline is available to representatives of displaced micro, small and medium-sized businesses that relocated to Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad or Poltava regions.


Internally displaced persons who want to establish a business in a new place will also be able to use support services.


What help can you get?


The call center will record business requests, transfer information to experts who will answer questions.


In addition, free consultations will be provided here regarding:

  • doing business,

  • accounting,

  • business opening and re-registration,

  • attraction of resources,

  • writing business plans,

  • filling out grant applications,

  • legal aspects of doing business,

  • export,

  • overcoming force majeure, etc.

The call center is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by calling +38 099 011 15 53.

The hotline operates within the framework of the UN Program for Reconstruction and Peacebuilding with the financial support of the European Union.
