"Culture helps" are 7 contests that will continue during 2023-2024. Currently, the 5th competition has been announced. During each wave, at least 20 applications will be supported.

Who can apply?
This grant is intended for activists, artists, cultural managers who work with people who, as a result of the Russian-Ukrainian war, are forced to move to safer regions or to the countries of Creative Europe.
Certificate. Creative Europe countries are all EU member states, as well as some non-EU countries.
The organizers plan to allocate 80% of the total amount of grants to Ukrainians living in Ukraine, and 20% to those Ukrainians living in the countries of Creative Europe.
Deadline for submission to the competition: July 31, 2024.

Persons over the age of 18 can apply;
The amount of the grant can range from 200 to 1000 euros;
Those Ukrainians who live in Ukraine or left for one of the countries of Creative Europe after February 24, 2022 are invited to participate;
