As already announced, Oxford University will provide scholarships to Ukrainian students affected by Russia's war against Ukraine to continue their master's studies. Applications can be submitted to any one-year program listed on the university's website, even if applications are currently closed.
Citizens of Ukraine who are displaced persons within or outside Ukraine may participate.
The program offers:
Free training in the annual master's program.
About 9,000 euros to cover living expenses.
Free housing.
Free meals in college canteens.
What do I need to participate?
Completed application.
Completed scholarship form.
Resume.
Extract of grades in Ukrainian.
Letters of recommendation.

How to fill in the application?
If you have not yet been enrolled in Oxford:

Fill out and save a PDF copy of the scholarship form https://oxford.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/graduate-scholarship-scheme-eligibility-form-2
Download a PDF copy of the form https://oxford.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/graduate-scholarship-scheme-eligibility-form-2 to receive a scholarship in the “Supporting documents” tab.
Upload resumes, transcripts, letters of recommendation, and other documents (such as writing). If your course does not require writing, download a blank PDF file.
If you are enrolled in Oxford:
Fill out and save a PDF copy of the scholarship form.
Download a PDF copy to apply.
