The website of the Vinnytsia City Council reports that in order for the internally displaced business to be able to fully operate in the conditions of war, it is planned to provide comprehensive support to the relocated enterprises. In particular - consultations.
Thus, Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia Andriy Ocheretny reminded that since the beginning of the full-scale war, 17 enterprises from Vinnytsia MTG have expressed a desire to move their production from the combat zone - Mariupol, Kherson, Kharkiv, Kyiv. In order for the internally displaced business to be able to fully operate in the conditions of war, a working meeting was held in Vinnytsia City Council, where the challenges facing entrepreneurs and ways to solve them were discussed.
"Regions in which there is no active hostilities must work to support Ukraine's economy. The full functioning of Ukrainian business in the current environment is our country's economic ability to meet the challenges of war. I am convinced that winning the war will be impossible without business which allows Ukrainians to provide for themselves and support the Armed Forces. "
According to Alla Horbatyuk, Deputy Head of the Department of State Labor in Vinnytsia Oblast, a pilot project is currently underway to provide consultations support not only to relocated but also to other enterprises operating in Ukraine.
"Now all employers will be able to get advice, including on the organization of labor relations, occupational safety, administrative services, investigation of martial accidents, etc. In addition, management continues to provide entrepreneurs with the necessary advice on labor law and labor protection enterprises that are moving their production facilities to Vinnytsia due to active hostilities. "
Thus, according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2022 №314, business entities have the opportunity for the period of martial law to submit to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine Declaration on economic activity, which is a temporary replacement for those permits to martial law.
