Win up to 120 thousand hryvnias: an opportunity for Ukrainian media

High-quality and independent Ukrainian media can compete for grants of up to 120,000 hryvnias. The grant competition was announced by the public organization IMI together with the international organization Internews.


The Institute of Mass Information informs about the opportunity for Ukrainian media.


Not only media, but also media organizations can apply for the grant.

What projects can be submitted (the list is not exhaustive):

  • creation of materials about the consequences of the war;

  • materials on ecology, human rights, other socially important topics;

  • journalistic investigations;

  • conducting strategic sessions, developing editorial policies, conducting trainings to strengthen sustainability and transparency;

  • purchase of equipment, office rent, etc.

Deadline for project submission: June 10, 2024. The maximum amount of the grant will be 120 thousand hryvnias. It is necessary to implement the project within 6 months.
