"Disability should not be an obstacle in the desire to work and build a career. The cornerstone of our organization's activities has always been and is the very issue of self-realization, because when a person works, he lives. I am convinced that the policy of equality in the field of employment is economically beneficial for our country and very important for its European future. Therefore, I believe that the issue of employment in the field of protection of the rights of people with disabilities should become a priority in the process of rebuilding our country", – Yulia Resenchuk, president of the Inclusive Country Association, said.
